NES USB Controller - 2Axes 11Keys Game Pad

Anyone out there with this game pad?

Seems unresponsive at times and Im wondering if it is the game pad or the emulators. Tried out on nestopia and jnes with Windows. Examples are Super Mario Bros. "Down" randomly not responsive and with Ghosts and Goblins, I have to press Down and Right at the same time to move forward. Strange thing is with Super Mario Bros, it moves forward just fine by pressing Right.

Ok, more info. I guess this game pad is made in China by Tomee. Anyone out there with this?
