I want this game sooooo bad. I loved the sequel.
I can get the Rom and play it no problem, but it is in Japanese.

I like to say I'm pretty Iso/Rom literate. I mount and dismount games all day long. But I can not figure out how to apply that patch to a ROM. You can't just drag and drop it on the rom, and the patch is not executable. By the way, this is for the android.
Just put the rom and the isp patch in the same folder and play, most emulators like zsnes or snes9x will auto "soft" patch the rom for you.

there are tools for other OS computers as well though, just change the criteria on the site I linked
I can't see the android version having auto patching
IPS XP is the one I like to use
As most 8bit to 16bit translations are in IPS format a patcher is worth getting
