Gonna get back to and finish the heritage of Shannara books. Shouldn't take too long. After that Jack Reacher which my mom recommended. Haven't seen the movie either.
Just started reading Malazan book of the fallen series.
An old classic called Carmilla by Sherridan LeFanu, I'm not interested in vampires at all, but this story's quite good.
Welp finished off The Heritage of Shannara series. Just got Steve Martins Born Standing Up and gonna give that a go!!!
Finally got off my lazy ass and finished A Storm of Swords, now going through Feast and Dance at the same time. Switching between the two books based on this guide to make it a better experience overall.
I recently read Dracula by Bram Stoker. I loved it. I wanted to read it, because I'm a big fan of the Castlevania series, and wanted to better understand the subject that it's based on.
The Voyage of Jerle Shannara. Nice to read the Walker Boh character again. And man is there some different stuff going on in the Four Lands. Airships??? WTF o_O
I recently started reading the Crown of Stars series by Kate Elliot. I'm currently reading the second book in it called Prince of Dogs, great books so far.
Recently found a rough translation of this in Ukrainian, so I'm reading it again. I'm also currently enjoying Volodymyr Barvinok, Panas Budchenko and Ivan Franko collections. Most are short stories/poems from their early years respectively, although I have two Budchenko novels sent from a friend back home I'm drooling over as well.
Just finished the 4th book in the Crown of Stars series, and will soon begin reading the 5th book "The Gathering Storm."
Bram Stoker's Dracula. Good book indeed
Guillermo Del Toro's "The Strain"
