PCSX2 wont render all of Spartan Total Warrior

I know this isn't the most often played of games but its still prity good,
anyway when I load up the game it plays fine without any lag or frame issue's, it however fails to load archers they however still fire arrows and have a presence in the game despite being invisible, in addition certain parts of levels such as buildings, gates are also invisible however they still have a presence in the game. is there any way to fix this ?
I've tried different iso's however all give the same result.

Trying going into software mode my pressing F9 while in-game.
