Anybody following this? I checked on it yesterday and found out that Apple had been awarded by the jurors some 1.05 billion dollars on about 20 patents. But i refer you to this article right here. http://www.techdirt.com/articles/201...-factors.shtml and tell me this doesn't seem like they are being set up for a huge fall
Blatant corrupted jury, or maybe they're cultist mactards? Apple's patent trolling should be handily shot down if there is justice, and software patents as a whole are a bunch of nonsense.
I read an article yesterday that said Google is filing suit against Apple now for some major patents. If that goes through I feel Apple should be shaking in their boots.Quote:

You can use your coins to buy refreshments at the little machine for life or melt the coins to make computers, that’s not my problem, I already paid them and fulfilled the law.
A total of 20 billion coins, deliver hope to finish this week.

Edit: I don't hate Apple, or really any other company, but all successful businesses will use shady practices. That is part of why they are successful. If you aren't cheating you aren't trying.
