Hey everyone ive tried a few different ISO for this game off a few different sites. currently rocking pcsx2 V 1.4.0 I get this really weird shadow with jak and daxter and there eyes are black. im not sure if its my settings. ive played around with them nothing seemed to help. even reverting back to default. any help would be nice.

Try:
Go into the root directory of PCSX2 and open your ini's folder. Inside you'll find Gsdx.ini. Open the file up and at the end of your file add AllowHacks=1
Then open up your plugin settings, (where you changed texture filtering etc), and set Skipdraw hack to 5. Fixes the shadows completely, and I use SSE41 if that matters.
