I just want to see what kind of connection everyone has since it seems everybody is switching to something faster than dialup.
I have dialup and it sucks. :(

I have a 300 kb/sec d/l and 128 kb/sec u/l connection. It's a little slow for my likings after I had gotten used to 1.5 MB/sec.
5.1Mbps/720kbps.
Yes I know, sucky upload.
That gives about...
638kb/s download and 90kb/s upload.
a gay one simple as that. :P
6 mb download 4 mb upload :P
512/256 which will soon be upgraded to 1025/256 at no extra cost.

My connection is ADSL 512/512... still, because of the fu*king Finnish ISP monopoly thingies. It should have been upgraded to 1 Mbps, but it's delayed by two months.
I'm sporting a 56k and am not happy about it. I manage to download at least 600mb a week on this baby. I need at least a cable connection to satisfy my needs. I need to go to college and get some T1 action going.
me too. he says that we can't afford it, but he buys a $4000 TV? I don't get it. I think that he just doesn't want me spending all my time online. Oh well.Quote:
