Assassin's Creed - Bloodlines corrupt file 01?

I've tried using Winzip and 7Zip, both using latest versions, and everytime it comes out with a corrupt file for R01.

I've looked at other threads that mention this, however they are not only old (and closed) but simply say use the latest version of 7Zip, which I've done. I'm using Windows 7.

Has anyone found a better way to make this work?
