NEED HELP WITH GAMECUBE GAMES

I have a big problem with the GameCube Iso files that i'm unable to fix on my own :(
I downloaded different GameCube games from this site (TLoZ Wind Waker; DragonballZ Budokai 1+2; Digimon Rumble Arena 2; Mario Party 5) but the only game that worked on the Dolphin Emulator was Mario Party 5. The difference between Mario Party and the other games was, that when I extracted the Mario Party file I got a single game file which could be played with Dolphin. But the other games I downloaded didn't have such a game file when extracted but a whole folder with different files.
My question now is how can I play the other games when there are only folders with many files? I tried to start the games by putting the normal game folder in the Emulator but then Dolphin crashes. So does anybody here have an idea how can I play the other games?

You probably have to extract those files again. Just extract the first rar file and you should get your iso file. We'll be able to help you better if you give us the list of files you have.
