PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 2 new entries to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like Disney's Treasure Planet, Disney's Toy Story Racer, Disney's Tarzan, Diver's Dream, Docchi Mecha!, Dokapon Ikari No Tetsuken, Doki Doki Poyatchio!!, Doki Doki Pretty League , etc.

I also have added the NTSC-J manual of Spectral Tower.
