PSX Datacenter Updates

Today I have added 2 new entries to the PSX Datacenter and updated some like F1 Racing Championship, F1 World Grand Prix - 1999 Season, Fatal Fury Wild Ambition, Favorite Dear, Favorite Dear - Enkan no Monogatari, Fear Effect, Feda 2, FIFA - Road to World Cup 98, FIFA 99, etc.

I also have added the NTSC-U manual of Strider 2.
