After weeks of searching for this game and two days of downloading it (damn you rapishare) I have finally found it. Here it is, without further ado... 7 Blades!! In English!! Here is a patched version of Guitar Hero: On Tour (U) that doesn't require the Guitar Grip.
The DS buttons replace the Guitar Grip Buttons.

Sinopsis
Devil Kings, conocido en Japón como Sengoku Basara (戦国BASARA), es un videojuego de acción de la compañÃ*a Capcom para PlayStation 2 del año 2005.
El juego está ambientado en un mundo fantástico con claras referencias al Japón Feudal, y nos presenta a 12 héroes disponibles (todos basados en algún personaje histórico) para luchar contra las hordas de enemigos en grandes escenarios abiertos. Cada héroe tiene un ataque especial y sencillos combos con armas blancas y de fuego. Los combates son rápidos y de una gran sencillez. La ambientación combina el Japón Feudal con toques tecnológicos (armas de fuego, robots...). En cuanto a la duración, cada personaje tiene un completo modo historia y misiones sueltas.
